REGULATIONS OF THE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF HIKING AND MOUNTAIN LA PALMA 2016

 

All routes will be directed by experienced guides that will take the direction of the route as well as any arising decision. All members of the group are subject to its guidelines.

Boots or slippers of sport, warm clothing and waterprof as well as their own food for the duration of the route are recommended for each route.

The children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

The dogs are not allowed during the course of the route.

The Organization reserves the right to modify the routes or withdraw routes of the programme without prior notice. Its important subscribe to the website to receive our newsletter to keep up daily information.

The entries will be made through the website: www.walkingfestivallapalma.com by filling out the entry form that appears in the registration section and making the payment online of every one of the routes that you want to participate.

When the organization properly receives the payment of the selected rute, registration will be formalized and an email confirming your bid will be sent immediately.

The deadline for registrstion of Hiking Festival 2016 will be from opening until Friday, June 24, 2016, at 12 noon. Order of registration and payment to deal with the number of places offered for each route.

The registration fee will be governed by the following terms of payment:

Registration at the Festival of hiking La Palma 2016, includes:

– Participation in the guided routes

– Guided routes by a professional.

– Shuttle service to the leaving routes from different squares of the hiker, located at the bus stop in front of the Sol Hotel in Puerto Naos, on the bus stop in front of theTaburiente Hotel Los Cancajos and Teneguia Princess Hotel in Fuencaliente.

– Shuttle service from the arrival of the routes to the squares of the hiker, located at the bus stop in front of the Sol Hotel in Puerto Naos, on the bus stop in front of the Taburiente Hotel Los Cancajos and Teneguia Princess Hotel in Fuencaliente.

The registration is personal and non-transferable and implies acceptance of the present regulations. From the moment of payment of the registration fee, the Organization will not return of the amount in case of non-participation, whatever the reason.

In the event of suspension of La Palma Hiking Festival 2016 before its inception, the Organization will proceed to the refund from registered walkers.

Bad weather won’t impediment to the realization of the path, while the Organization reserves the right to suspend it or modify its travel if feel it appropriate, especially if it considers that the physical integrity of hikers may be damaged.

The participant will exempt the organization from any liability in the event of injury or accident.

Modifications:

This regulation can be corrected, amended or improved at any time by the organization.

The fact of the registration shows the conformity of the participant with this regulation.
